Chile is an extremely long yet ludicrously narrow country, extending down the west coast of South America. Diverse landscapes unfurl over a 4,300 kilometre stretch of coastline, only expanding inland to around 175 kilometres in width, where the Andes form the country’s eastern border. From top to tail, Chile is teeming with unimaginable natural beauty, including the world’s driest desert, ancient forests, volcanoes, fjords and glaciers. This incredible wilderness is still very much intact - one of only a few places left on Earth where this is the case.
BEST TIME TO VISIT
The best time to visit Chile very much depends on what you plan on doing and where you are going. The country's summer months run from December - March, but inevitably this is the busiest time of the year for tourism. Please contact us for further details.
