About The Dolomites

The Dolomites are widely regarded as being among the most attractive mountain ranges in the world, and their beauty, along with their geomorphological and geological significance has granted the area UNESCO status. The Dolomites make a fantastic dual season destination, with beautiful hiking in the summer and magical skiing during the winter months. For foodies, the town of San Cassiano is renowned for its restaurants - several of which have Michelin stars. Cortina is perhaps the area’s most glamorous spot, and is worth a visit to ogle the fur coats on display, if nothing else.

Best Time to Visit

The Dolomites is a summer and a winter destination. Loads of events take place during the peak months of July, August, and December - March. All the restaurants will be open during these moths, save for a few of the mountain huts which only open during the ski season.
